Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) are the codified laws of Oregon, enacted by the Oregon Legislative Assembly or Citizen Initiative. The Oregon State Legislature maintains a website of Oregon Revised Statutes. Most laws pertaining to water rights are included in Volume 15.
