Below, you’ll find reports produced by the Office of Small Business Assistance. Our annual reports provide statistics and snapshots of what we’ve done throughout a calendar year. They are intended to keep legislators, policy makers, and the general public up to date on our activities. Complaint reports provide information on a formal complaint we’ve received from a small business relating to a regulatory agency, the investigation we conducted as a result of the complaint, and any recommendations made to the agency based on our findings. Information Reports are the result of an investigation involving a systemic issue impacting small businesses without a specific single complaint or agency involved in the investigation.
