The Universal Health Plan Governance Board accepts written and verbal public comment for every meeting. Submit a comment or sign up to speak here. The board is building on the outreach and engagement work started by the Universal Health Care Task Force. Guided by the Oregon Legislature, the board will continue developing and strengthening statewide engagement plans to ensure broad input into the design and implementation of Oregon’s universal health plan.
The board plans outreach and communication with communities and organizations across Oregon — including businesses, health systems, health care users, tribes, and other key stakeholders.
