    images of the state of OregonThe Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is the central administrative agency of Oregon state government.

    DAS works to effectively implement the policy and financial decisions made by the Governor and the Oregon Legislature. The department also sets and monitors high standards of accountability to ensure that state government uses tax dollars productively. To fulfill its mission, DAS supports state agencies by providing a strong and stable management infrastructure. As part of this effort, DAS works with private enterprise, citizens, and other government entities to develop an efficient service delivery system.

Customer Utility Boards
In 2012 DAS implemented Entrepreneurial Management as a business model, the core of which is the customer’s voice. For DAS' utility services, this voice is expressed through four Customer Utility Boards that govern each service.

The Customer Utility Boards serve as a forum to recognize and respond to customers’ needs and keep the exchange of information flowing between DAS and state agencies.

ePayroll Portal logoePaystub Debuts August 1
Beginning with pay received Aug. 1, 2013, state government employees who participate in direct deposit can view their paystubs online from any Internet-enabled device. As an additional perk, employees can view their electronic paystub up to 48 hours before payday.

Everyone is talking about coastal debris from the Japan tsunami. Visitors and residents can call 211 or 1-800-SAFENET to report tsunami debris found on the beach.
 
Building Closure Notices 
DAS assists state agencies and citizens by posting announcements on this website if officials close state offices because of bad weather or other factors.
