Regional Committees
The law governing the ConnectOregon IV funding process calls for allocating a percentage of the funds by region, the OTC is soliciting recommendations from the state’s Area Commissions on Transportation. Because the Portland metro area does not have an ACT, the OTC will convene and solicit recommendations from a specially created Portland area committee.
Each ACT sets its own agenda and schedule.
