The Governor’s Advisory Committee on DUII will meet at 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 1 at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training building, 4190 Aumsville Highway SE in Salem. The agenda includes reports from ODOT Transportation Safety Division staff and liaisons from partner agencies and discussions about any proposed legislation that may be of interest to the committee.
The Governor’s Advisory Committee on Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants is tasked with helping raise awareness of the dangers of DUII and getting communities more involved in reducing DUII. The group’s meeting is open to the public. Accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities, and alternate formats of printed material are available upon request. Please call (503) 986-4188 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting (statewide relay 7-1-1).
The next meeting of the GAC-DUII is scheduled for March 1, 2013 in Salem.
