Answer: Please check your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder as the activation e-mail may have been directed there by your filters. After you register a new account, the system automatically sends an “activation” e-mail message that instructs you click on the “activate account” link in the body of the e-mail.
Question: My account is locked. I cannot access eBIDS.
Answer: Please check to see if you received an “activation” e-mail from ODOT. Check your Spam/Junk Mail folder in case your spam filter redirected the email.

eBIDS - External Users (Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers)
The Electronic Bidding Information Distribution System (eBIDS) is an online tool that enables contractors, suppliers and other interested parties to locate, view and download bid-related documents for design-bid-build highway and bridge construction projects that ODOT currently has advertised to bid. ODOT eBIDS provides free downloading of bid booklets, addenda, clarification letters, plans, specifications and bid reference documents. ODOT vendors may also self-register as prime or informational plan holders on these projects.
NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2015, Oregon Department of Transportation Procurement Office Construction Contracts Unit will no longer print and sell paper or CD copies of plans and special provisions (blue books) for upcoming projects. View and print plans and special provisions from ODOT’s Electronic Bidding Information Distribution System (eBIDS).
