​As part of its mission to lead Oregon to a safe, clean, and sustainable energy future, the Oregon Department of Energy completes a Biennial Energy Plan every two years.
2015-17 Biennial Energy PlanODOE was established in 1975 to provide leadership energy conservation, renewable energy, long-term energy planning and facility siting, support emerging energy technologies, and more. Our biennial plan outlines Oregon supply and demand, trends and issues, and energy matters and cost.
