SALEM—The State Energy Loan Program (SELP) Rulemaking Advisory Committee will meet Wednesday, Jan. 19, in Salem to provide input to the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) on SELP administrative rules.
The meeting will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon at ODOE’s main office, 625 Marion Street NE, in Salem.
The committee will review and discuss the current rules. An agenda for the meeting is posted at: http://www.oregon.gov/ENERGY/LOANS/SELP-RuleAdvisoryCommittee.shtml#Upcoming_Meetings.
SELP offers low-interest, fixed-rate, long-term loans for qualified Oregon projects that invest in energy conservation, renewable energy, and alternative fuels, or are energy-saving recycling projects. The program is self-supporting and uses no tax dollars for administration. Oregon general obligation bonds provide funds for the loans.
For an interpreter for the hearing impaired or other accommodations, call 503-378-4040, TTY 1-800-735-2900, or fax 503-373-7806.
For more information, call 1-800-221-8035 (toll-free in Oregon) or check the website at www.oregon.gov/energy.
