SALEM — The State Energy Loan Program Advisory Committee will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 19 in Salem. The public meeting will be held at the Oregon Department of Energy, Westerberg Conference Room (625 Marion Street NE).
Items on the SELPAC agenda include information about Governor Kitzhaber’s schools initiative, an update on the Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Technology (EEAST) program, and a discussion on loan applications in process. The State Energy Loan Program makes long-term, fixed-rate loans to governments, tribes, schools, non-profit organizations, businesses and individuals, to finance Oregon projects that conserve energy or use renewable resources.
