SALEM — A regular meeting of Oregon’s Energy Facility Siting Council will take place on Friday, June 24 in Hermiston. The public is invited to attend this meeting, to be held at the Hermiston Conference Center (415 S. Highway 395).
The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the following agenda items will be discussed:

Helix Wind Power Facility: The Council will review the draft final order and adopt a final order on the Request for Amendment #1. (The public comment period for this facility is closed.)

Klamath Generation Facility: The Council will appoint a Special Advisory Group for Amendment #3.

Klamath Generation Facility: The Council will authorize the use of a contractor to assist in the review of the Request for Amendment #3.

Saddle Butte Wind Park: The Council will decide on a request to extend the expiration date of the Notice of Intent.

Klondike III Wind Project: The Council will approve the form, amount and issuer of a financial assurance bond.
