SALEM — Oregon’s Energy Facility Siting Council meets next on December 7 in Portland. The meeting is open to the public and begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Oxford Suites at Jantzen Beach (12226 N. Jantzen Dr.).

ODOE expects two items to draw the most interest:
- A presentation on transmission line safety by Lori Koho of the Oregon Public Utility Commission,
- A presentation by Idaho Power’s Kent McCarthy on the Boardman to Hemingway Transmission Project community advisory process.
