Facility: The facility is a 550-megawatt, coal-fired power plant.
Status: Amendment 9 authorized the temporary storage and processing of raw biomass at the facility site and the temporary use of torrefied biomass as fuel in test burns at the facility. The most recent site certificate was executed on May 3, 2013.
