Facility: Troutdale Energy Center, LLC proposes to construct and operate a natural gas-fired power plant. The plant will include combined cycle and simple cycle turbine generators with natural gas as the primary fuel and No. 2 fuel oil as the back-up fuel. Power production will be 652-megawatt nominal and 701-megawatt winter peak generating capacity.
Status (Withdrawn): The developer withdrew the application for site certificate during the contested case phase on January 26, 2016. Should the developer decide to revisit the project, it would be required to begin again with a notice of intent.
