Weatherization Training and Technical Assistance

The Weatherization Training and Technical Assistance Program provides guidance, technical assistance, direct training and funding for training to Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program Subgrantees. Primary funding for the program is from the United States Department of Energy with other funds from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, utility companies and the Bonneville Power Administration.
