Utility & Program Reports

OHCS administers two energy assistance grants and four weatherization grants. The two energy assistance programs include the federally funded Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the ratepayer-funded Oregon Energy Assistance Program (OEAP). The weatherization program includes funding from the U.S. Department of Energy, the Bonneville Power Administration, the ratepayer-funded Energy Conservation Helping Oregonians (public purpose), and LIHEAP funds. OHCS contracts with a statewide network of community action agencies to deliver these services to local communities.

The following reports provide key program and financial information regarding the performance of the energy services funding streams. OHCS provides these reports to inform the status of energy service programs.
