Federal Documents Cataloger (closes 10/22/19)

This position will copy catalog U.S. federal documents housed at Portland State University library. Working with PSU Library staff, the Federal Documents Cataloger performs cataloging, database maintenance, and physical processing on documents that are part of Oregon’s Regional Federal Depository Library Collection. This work is completed by searching the OCLC Worldcat database, verifying accurate data in bibliographic records, and adding holdings information to the PSU Library catalog.

This is a State Library of Oregon position, although Portland State University library is the primary worksite. This Limited Duration position is expected to last for approximately 7 months, with the possibility of being extended.
