  • This facility may close temporarily at other times when business, illness or training requires the limited staff to be away from the office.

This office offers drive test appointments. Drive tests at DMV are given by appointment only. You may schedule a testing (not an issuance) appointment using DM2U, or by calling the office number above. If appointments are full, check back daily for new appointments. You may schedule a drive test using a 3rd Party Tester or at a DMV office.

You must show proof of insurance before a drive test. You can use:
  • A valid insurance card;
  • A current vehicle liability insurance policy or binder; or
  • A DMV Certificate of Self-Insurance showing you as the owner of the vehicle. 
Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be canceled or traction devices may be required. Please confirm your drive test using DMV2U or calling the office number above. DMV offices are closed for Statewide Holidays​.​

Going North/South

  • From north or southbound OR-101, turn east on 3rd St (OR-6).
  • Continue east on 3rd St for about 3 blocks.
  • Veer to the LEFT onto 1st St/Wilson River Hwy (OR-6) when you come to a fork in the road past Nestucca Ave.
  • Continue east on 1st St/Wilson River Hwy (OR-6) past the railroad tracks.
  • Turn RIGHT (south) on Evergreen Dr.
  • Travel south on Evergreen Dr for less than a block.
  • The DMV office will be on the right-hand side of Evergreen Dr.


Going East

  • From downtown Tillamook, travel east on 3rd Street past OR-101.
  • Continue east on 3rd St for about 3 blocks.
  • Veer to the LEFT onto 1st St/Wilson River Hwy (OR-6) when you come to a fork in the road past Nestucca Ave.
  • Continue east on 1st St/Wilson River Hwy (OR-6) past the railroad tracks.
  • Turn RIGHT (south) on Evergreen Dr.
  • Travel south on Evergreen Dr for less than a block.
  • The DMV office will be on the right-hand side of Evergreen Dr.


Going West

  • Travel west on the 1st St/Wilson River Hwy (OR- 6) toward Tillamook.
  • Continue west on 1st St/Wilson River Hwy (OR- 6) past Schild Rd.
  • Turn LEFT (south) at the next intersection on Wilson River Lp (at the yellow flashing light).
  • Continue south on Wilson River Lp for about 2 blocks.
  • Turn RIGHT (west) on 3rd Street.
  • Continue west on 3rd St for about 8 blocks.
  • Turn RIGHT (north) on Evergreen Dr.
  • Continue north on Evergreen Dr for about a block.
  • The DMV office will be on the left-hand side of Evergreen Dr.
