Please do not send any mail to this office. All mailed-in transactions should be sent to DMV Headquarters:


This office offers drive test appointments. Drive tests at DMV are given by appointment only. You may schedule a testing (not an issuance) appointment using DM2U, or by calling the office number above. If appointments are full, check back daily for new appointments. You may schedule a drive test using a 3rd Party Tester or at a DMV office.

You must show proof of insurance before a drive test. You can use:
  • A valid insurance card;
  • A current vehicle liability insurance policy or binder; or
  • A DMV Certificate of Self-Insurance showing you as the owner of the vehicle. 
Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be canceled or traction devices may be required. Please confirm your drive test using DMV2U or calling the office number above. DMV offices are closed for Statewide Holidays​.​

Going South

  • From southbound I-5, take the Glenwood Blvd exit (Exit 191).
  • The off-ramp will turn to the RIGHT and end at Glenwood Dr.
  • Turn RIGHT (west) on Glenwood Dr and continue for about a block.
  • Turn RIGHT (north) on Glenwood Blvd.
  • Continue north on Glenwood Blvd until it dead-ends at Franklin Blvd (OR-126).
  • Turn RIGHT (east) on Franklin Blvd (OR-126).
  • Continue east on Franklin Blvd (OR-126) for about 7 blocks, past Brooklyn St.
  • Continue straight (east) onto A St (OR-126) as Franklin Blvd curves sharply south.
  • Continue east on A St (OR-126) across the river, then about 16 more blocks.
  • Eastbound A St (OR-126) then merges into Main St (OR-126), between 19th St and 20th St.
  • Continue east on Main St (OR-126) for about 7 blocks, past 28th St and then over the railroad tracks.
  • Turn LEFT (north) on 30th St, and continue for about a block.
  • The DMV office is located on the left-hand side of 30th St, next to the Goodwill Store.

Going North

  • From northbound I-5, take the Glenwood Blvd exit (Exit 191).

  • From east or westbound OR-126, take the 42nd St exit.
  • At the end of either off-ramp, turn RIGHT (south) on 42nd St.
  • Continue south on 42nd St across the railroad tracks and past Smith Way and Commercial Ave.
  • Turn RIGHT (west) on Main St (OR-126).
  • Continue west on Main St (OR-126) for about 9 blocks.
  • Turn RIGHT (north) on 30th St, and continue for about a block.
  • The DMV office is located on the left-hand side of 30th St, next to the Goodwill Store.
