The Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission (ADPC) has been given the authority by the Legislature to make Administrative Rules to direct state policy and practices regarding alcohol and other drug misuse prevention and treatment. ADPC also has the authority to make recommendations to the Legislature or the Governor regarding state policy and practices regarding alcohol and other drug misuse prevention and treatment. Links to those official Recommendations are also provided in the list.
From time to time, ADPC makes resolutions to guide state policy and practices regarding alcohol and other drug misuse prevention and treatment.
