ADPC Home

The Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission is an independent state agency tasked with improving access to evidence-based, evidence-informed and culturally-informed substance use prevention, substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services for all Oregonians.
To achieve its mission, the ADPC is advancing strategies that fall into five categories, based on the substance use disorder (SUD) continuum of care: Prevention, Risk Reduction, Youth-focused solutions, Treatment and Recovery. 
The strategies endorsed by the ADPC are laid out in the Commission's 2026-2030 Comprehensive Plan, entitled, "Opening Doors: Achieving Access, Belonging and Connection Across Oregon."
