As part of the rulemaking process, when possible, the division can appoint an advisory committee to help develop proposed rules. The advisory committee would include persons likely to be affected by the rules and would meet with the division publicly to discuss and give feeback on the proposed rules.
Participate: Rulemaking advisory committees hearings are open to the public virtually and in-person and all meetings are live-streamed. Connection information for participating will be posted on the "View live meetings" webpage the day of the meeting.
