All applicants are reviewed to ensure that they meet the standards for certification and licensure established by the Policy Committee and the Board.  

Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) for Moral Fitness Standards:

  • Alarm Monitor Professional Certification - OAR 259-060-0300
  • Unarmed and Event and Entertainment Professional Certification - OAR 259-060-0310
  • Armed Professional or Instructor Certification, Executive or Supervisory Manager License - OAR 259-060-0320
