Security Update: June 4-5, 2026

OED will reset some security settings in Frances Online shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday, June 4, as part of regular system maintenance. All OED customers must use two-step authentication the first time they log in to their accounts after the updates are made.

Customers can choose to skip two-step authentication by selecting “Trust this Device" when completing two-step authentication. Do not select “Trust this Device" if you are using a computer or mobile device that is public or shared with other people. Two-step verification EN.jpeg.png
If you have not set up two-step authentication on your account, you will be prompted to do so after logging in with your password.

Unemployment Insurance 
Use Frances Online to apply for benefits, file a weekly claim, or send a message.  

Call the automated Weekly Claim Line at 800-982-8920 to file a weekly claim. You can start your initial application over the phone by calling 877-File-4-UI (877-345-3484). You will need to call back during our regular hours to complete your application.

Paid Leave Oregon 
Use Frances Online to apply for benefits, upload your verification documents, file an intermittent weekly claim, or send a message. If you don’t have a Frances Online account, use Contact Us to send us a message.

If you are taking intermittent leave and want to file your weekly claim over the phone, you can use our automated system at 833-854-1122.
