13 Feb 2023ODOE Submits Final Rules for Community Heat Pump Deployment Program

​The Oregon Department of Energy submitted final rules to the Secretary of State on February 13, 2023, to establish a Community Heat Pump Deployment Program. The permanent rules are effective as of February 13, 2023. This concludes the formal rulemaking process, which included a public hearing on January 5, 2023, and a public comment period which closed on January 6, 2023.

The public comment period will close on January 6, 2023, at 5 p.m. Comments received after this date will not be considered in the rulemaking process.
