Office of Postsecondary Finance and Capital
The Office of Public Postsecondary Finance and Capital is responsible for policy and funding coordination related to Oregon’s public postsecondary institutions to achieve
Oregon’s higher education and training goals.
The Office has responsibilities for two primary areas of work: Public University Finance to support operational and educational expenses of the institutions, and Capital Funding for new construction and deferred maintenance projects at Oregon’s public community colleges and universities.
