Partner and Grantee Reports

The following reports are prepared by the HECC's Future Ready Oregon grantees and partners. These organizations are external to the HECC.

  • Oregon behavioral health talent assessment. (Feb. 2025). Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP). Prepared for the HECC, this report identifies pathways for Oregonians to behavioral health careers, and evaluates barriers and opportunities for recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse behavioral health workforce. AHP also prepared a supplementary map of behavioral health career pathways in Oregon.
  • Industry Consortia focus groups: summary report. (Dec. 2024). Jensen Strategies. Prepared for the Industry Consortia, this report summarizes the process, findings, and outcomes of focus groups held with healthcare, manufacturing, and technology industry employers across Oregon.
  • Prosperity 10,000 WTDB report. (2024). Oregon Workforce Partnership. This report reviews the implementation of the Future Ready Oregon Prosperity 10,000 Program from July 2023 to June 2024 by Oregon's nine local workforce development boards, as represented by Oregon Workforce Partnership. A requirement of Senate Bill 1545 (2022), the report was submitted to the Workforce and Talent Development Board and the HECC. 
  • Future Ready Oregon Industry Consortia success factor binder. (Mar. 2024). Woolsey Group and Sparks Policy Group. Prepared for the HECC, Workforce and Talent Development Board, and Industry Consortia, this document summarizes six recommendations for the Industry Consortia to follow in advancing Oregon's workforce development ecosystem and identifying workforce gaps and opportunities.
  • Prosperity 10,000 WTDB report. (2023). Oregon Workforce Partnership. This report reviews the implementation of the Future Ready Oregon Prosperity 10,000 Program from July 2022 to June 2023 by Oregon's nine local workforce development boards, as represented by Oregon Workforce Partnership (OWP). A requirement of Senate Bill 1545 (2022), the report was submitted to the Workforce and Talent Development Board and the HECC. 
  • Bui, A., & Majuri, J. (2023). Future Ready Oregon: Workforce Ready report – workforce needs of immigrants and refugees in Oregon. Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO). This report summarizes the implementation of a 2022 Workforce Ready Grant awarded to IRCO by the HECC.
  • Allgeyer, R., & Schoenthal, D. (2023). Barriers to nursing workforce retention and attraction in rural areas. Oregon Center for Nursing (OCN). This research brief was prepared with the support of a 2022 Workforce Ready Grant awarded to OCN by the HECC.
