Senate Bill 815 requires that Community-Based Care Facilities give potential residents a Consumer Summary Statement at the time of admission.
Consumer summary statements help people understand the services that are and are not available at individual community-based care facilities. They also explain how residents can be required to move out if they need a higher level of care than the facility can provide.
