Corrective Action Team

The primary function of a Corrective Action Coordinator is to correct actions that may have been determined by an investigative body to have been deficient or incorrect. Our mission is to determine the cause of the deficiency and make corrections when and if necessary. We review and assess for appropriate sanctions or remedies to promote compliance and increase quality.


Policy Analyst Team


Licensing Specialist

The CBC Licensing Application Unit reviews and processes licensing applications and supporting documents to ensure applications are complete and meet applicable requirements.


Survey Unit

The CBC survey staff conduct regular surveys to inspect facilities and ensure substantial compliance with regulations.


Licensing Complaint Unit

Investigates licensing violations in Community-Based Care (CBC) Assisted Living and Residential Care facilities, including those with memory care endorsements.
