Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) are behavioral health in-home care providers whose services are authorized through the Oregon Health Authority (OHA).

Need your login information?

  • Homecare Workers: Contact your local ODHS office
  • Personal Care Attendants: Contact the PCA program at 503-945-9708 or pc.20@odhsoha.oregon.gov.
  • Once you have your login information and are approved to start working, you can log in to the Mobile App or the  Web Portal. It may take a few days for your account to be set up after you are approved to work.
