You can change or cancel your appointment.

Inclement Weather

Going North

From northbound I-5, take the OR-217 north exit (Exit 292A).
Continue north on OR-217 toward Portland.
Take the Barnes Rd exit.
Keep RIGHT at the fork, follow signs for Barnes Rd E.
Turn RIGHT onto SW Barnes Rd.
Take the 1st RIGHT onto SW Baltic Ave.
Take the 1st RIGHT onto SW Park Way.
The DMV office will be on the left-hand side of Park Way in the Cedar Hills Shopping Center (not the Cedar Hills Mall), before you reach Marlow Ave.
There is limited or no parking available for oversized vehicles or vehicle combinations.

Going South

From southbound I-5, take the I-405 south exit (Exit 302B).
Continue south on I-405 across the Fremont Bridge.
Continue south on I-405 through downtown Portland.
Take the Sunset Hwy (OR-26) west exit (Exit 1D) toward Beaverton.
Continue west on the Sunset Hwy (OR-26).
Take Exit 69B toward Park Way/Barnes Rd.
Turn LEFT toward SW Park Way.
Take the first RIGHT onto SW Park Way.
The DMV office will be on the left-hand side of Park Way in the Cedar Hills Shopping Center (not the Cedar Hills Mall), before you reach Marlow Ave.

Going East

From the eastbound Sunset Hwy (OR-26), take the 98th St exit (Exit 69B).
Take exit 69B toward Park Way/Barnes Rd.
Turn LEFT toward SW Park Way.
Take the first RIGHT onto SW Park Way.
The DMV office will be on the left-hand side of Park Way in the Cedar Hills Shopping Center (not the Cedar Hills Mall), before you reach Marlow Ave.
There is limited or no parking available for oversized vehicles or vehicle combinations.

Going West

From the westbound Sunset Hwy (OR-26), take the 98th St exit (Exit 69B).
Take exit 69B toward Park Way/Barnes Rd.
Turn LEFT toward SW Park Way.
Take the first RIGHT onto SW Park Way.
The DMV office will be on the left-hand side of Park Way in the Cedar Hills Shopping Center (not the Cedar Hills Mall), before you reach Marlow Ave.

Drive tests are given by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call the office number above.

You must show proof of insurance before a drive test. You can use:

A valid insurance card;
A current vehicle liability insurance policy or binder; or
A DMV Certificate of Self-Insurance showing you as the owner of the vehicle.

Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be cancelled or traction devices may be required. Please confirm your drive test by calling the office.

Payment Options

This office accepts cash, checks, debit cards, mobile payments, Discover, Master Card and Visa for payment.
