This intersection has a higher than normal volume of crashes. These improvements will help to reduce the number and severity of those crashes.
Installing intersection lighting.
Enhancing the intersection warning signs and systems.
Installing a warning system that will alert drivers on OR 211 that there are vehicles ahead in the intersection.
Paving portions of the intersection and reinstall transverse rumble strips. Rumble strips are grooves cut into the pavement that extend across the entire lane of traffic.
