About

Enlarged project mapThis intersection has a higher than normal volume of crashes. These improvements will help to reduce the number and severity of those crashes.

We are:

  • Installing intersection lighting.

  • Enhancing the intersection warning signs and systems.

  • Installing a warning system that will alert drivers on OR 211 that there are vehicles ahead in the intersection.

  • Paving portions of the intersection and reinstall transverse rumble strips. Rumble strips are grooves cut into the pavement that extend across the entire lane of traffic.
