About

project alerts iconThe Ellsworth Street Bridge is a historically significant bridge built in 1925. The overhead beams have been damaged by trucks higher than allowed crossing the bridge.

This project will develop plans to increase vertical clearance from 14-feet and 11-inches to 16-feet. Increasing the height clearance will reduce the amount of maintenance needed to repair the bridge.
