About
We're replacing the culvert south of Seaside at milepost 23.9. A culvert is a structure that allows water to pass under the highway. This will help keep water and debris from collecting on the road and improve driver safety.
As part of this project, we will:
- Replace the guardrails.
- Reinforce the embankment.
We're planning to build and will have a better idea about the construction schedule and cost as we get further into design.
