To begin the renewal process, first select the “License Renewal" feature. Then, follow the appropriate steps to complete the renewal process.
OMCB will not be printing licenses or certificates of apprenticeship associated with the renewal process. Licensees will be notified by email once their submitted renewal has been approved. Once approved, licensees can print their renewed facility license from their Licensee Portal.

To print your own license and/or certificates from your Licensee Portal account.
  • Start by selecting the “Wallet Card and Wall Certificate" feature.
  • Follow the prompt to download and print your renewed license or certificate(s).
Additionally, here are some things to consider before printing:
  • The address that appears on your license or certificates will be your mailing address.
  • You can change the address that is printed by updating your mailing address in the “Personal Information" feature from your Licensee Portal account.
  • Facilities must post certificates of apprenticeship in a conspicuous location for public viewing. Other individual licenses must be available for inspection upon request.
  • Payment can be sent by mail to our office if necessary.
If you have any questions or need help regarding the renewal process, please contact our Office & Licensing Manager, Ryan Christopher, by email at ryan.christopher@omcb.oregon.gov.

Facility licenses are not due for renewal at this time.
