Registering Agencies

Oregon law requires sex offenders to report in person at a law enforcement agency in the county where they reside. Non-Resident Students and Non-Resident Workers are required to report in person at a law enforcement agency in the county where they work or attend school. For a list of law enforcement agencies who register sex offenders, please see below.
Each agency has different hours of operation which may vary greatly by location; some require appointments to register and some allow walk-ins. Additionally, not all agencies have the ability to fingerprint offenders, and some locations who can fingerprint, require appointments.
For information regarding hours of operation, appointment scheduling and/or fingerprinting questions, please contact the agencies in your county directly.
