The Harney County Watershed Council, with funding from the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board and assistance from WRD, has initiated a Community Groundwater Level Monitoring Network to provide information to residents on their groundwater levels and also to provide additional information to the Groundwater Study (with landowner permission).
