Lapsed Licenses

If your license is not renewed within 1 year after the license expiration date, it has lapsed. Check your license expiration date by logging into your eLicense account or searching your name in the Licensee Lookup.

Lapsed license status

If you have a lapsed license:

You are no longer licensed and cannot conduct professional real estate activity.
You cannot renew or reactivate the license.
You must meet the current license requirements for a new applicant if you wish to be licensed again.
No exceptions or waivers of requirements are available.
