The board created a hiring committee on Jan. 16, 2025, with delegated authority to interview executive director candidates for the Universal Health Plan Governance Board (UHPGB). The committee consisted of UHPGB members Chairperson Helen Bellanca, Vice Chairperson Judy Richardson, and Bruce Goldberg. The committee was supported by Department of Consumer and Business Services Talent Management Coordinator Courtney Domina. The committed concluded its work on March 4, 2025.
