PEBB Customer Service Survey 

Take the annual PEBB Customer Service Survey by March 31 and help raise money for the Governor's State Employees Food Drive. The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. PEBB medical plan vendor partners will donate $1 to the food drive for each completed survey!
