Laws and Rules Governing the Public Employees’ Benefit Board

The laws governing the activities and scope of the Public Employees’ Benefit Board (PEBB) are defined in the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS), Chapter 243. The Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) determine how those laws will be implemented.
