  • Motor Vehicle Fuels Tax

Beginning with the April 2017 motor vehicle fuel tax report, the cities of Portland, Reedsport, and Troutdale are included with the online state dealer tax report. Separate paper tax reports of motor vehicle fuel for these cities are no longer needed. Contact Albert Lam at ODOT if you have an amended or unfiled city tax reports prior to April 2017 for cities mentioned above.

Current motor vehicle fuel dealers who are already licensed with the Fuels Tax Group will automatically have these new jurisdictions added to their current license.  Contact ODOT if you are not currently licensed with the Fuels Tax Group and plan on selling, using, or distributing motor vehicle fuel in these three cities.
