- All fuels including dyed diesel not sold as home heating oil except propane not dispensed into a vehicle
- All reporting - electronic or paper
- All location codes (facility id, origin, and destination) except the home heating oil codes (HHO), and Terminal Location Codes
- Origin locations for imports and destination locations for exports

Change in City of Coburg Tax Rate
Effective April 1, 2020
City of Coburg Motor Vehicle Fuel tax increases to $0.06 per gallon

Effective immediately, the due date for February 2020 monthly reports has been extended by two weeks.
February 2020 Monthly Use Fuel User reports are now due on April 3, 2020
February 2020 Monthly Use Fuel Seller reports are now due on April 3, 2020
February 2020 Motor Vehicle Fuel Dealer reports are now due on April 8, 2020
February 2020 Bulk Distributor reports are now due on April 8, 2020
February 2020 Terminal Operator reports are now due on April 8, 2020

Notice to Use Fuel Sellers
Grace Period for Exempt Sales Documentation
Retail sellers may accept the 2019 weight receipt to document exempt sales until March 15, 2020. Check permits or passes are valid for the date of fuel purchased.
