The applicant proposed to construct and operate a 420-megawatt, nominal capacity, thermal combustion gas plant to provide power for the proposed Jordan Cove Liquefied Natural Gas export facility.
Terminated. The applicant withdrew its Application for Site Certificate on December 13, 2016. (See letter below)
 
On the east side of Jordan Cove, North Spit of Coos Bay, and one mile north of the City of North Bend.
