In 2010, the Office of Equity and Inclusion, then the Office of Multicultural Health and Services, underwent an extensive strategic planning process, in which we worked with communities of color and other communities experiencing health disparities to clarify the role of our office relative to internal organizational development and partnerships with health systems and health promoting entities to ensure OHA's continued commitment to pursuing equity.
This five-year plan reflects our strategic imperatives across the following:
