  • MentorCorps assists collecting organizations statewide

    A new network of volunteers trained in collections care and emergency management is working directly with Oregon museums, libraries and archives to improve the care of cultural artifacts and prepare for emergencies. All nonprofit and government archives, libraries and museums may access this free service.

  • Heritage Plan outlines 5-year strategies to strengthen state
    The Oregon Heritage Commission has created the 2014-2019 Oregon Heritage Plan. The document outlines strategies that it will use during the next five years to strengthen heritage organizations in state. Developed during a year-long planning process, Heritage Plan encourages organizations to adopt complementary strategies.
