Tammy Baney is in her second term as a Deschutes County Commissioner. She also serves as the elected President of the Association of Oregon Counties. Baney has an extensive background in public service and community advocacy, working with groups such as CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for children), Habitat for Humanity, Commission on Children and Families, Family Law Advisory Council, Family Access Network and has been a foster parent for years. Baney has been appointed by Governor Kitzhaber to various leadership teams to assist with policy creation for both early childhood learning and healthcare reform efforts. Baney was appointed by Governor Kulongoski to the Oregon Housing Council in 2010 and also serves on the Road User Fee Task Force for the OTC. She is a champion for integrating community health reform into transportation planning. Baney is the proud mom of Addy and her three grown foster daughters Lindsi, Ashley, and Alesha.

David Lohman
Dave Lohman is an attorney in southwest Oregon. He began practicing law in 1981. Mr. Lohman holds an undergraduate degree in English from Yale and a law degree from the University of Michigan. He has held senior management positions at the Port of Portland and the Oregon Economic Development Department. Mr. Lohman served on the congressional staff of U.S. Congressman John Dellenback and the professional staff of the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee.

Susan Morgan
Susan Morgan is currently serving her second term as a Douglas County Commissioner. From 1999-2009, she served as a House member in the Oregon Legislature, working primarily in Ways and Means and natural resources policy. Ms. Morgan chaired the Southwest Oregon Workgroup for Economic Development through Transportation, a private/public partnership across five counties that worked cooperatively to use transportation infrastructure investments to support economic development in the region. Morgan served on ODOT’s Rail Advisory Committee, Rail Funding Taskforce, State Rail Plan Update workgroup, and the South West Area Commission on Transportation.

Alando Simpson is vice president and owner of City of Roses Disposal & Recycling in Portland. He graduated from Portland State University with a degree in communications and has served as a board member for the National Association of Minority Contractors of Oregon and the Oregon Sustainability Board. Simpson is a certified LEED Green Associate, and is involved in supporting Oregon small businesses. He is on the board of the City of Portland Small Business Advisory Council. Simpson is also involved with youth sports, and currently serves as chair of the Oregon Sports Authority Advisory Council. He resides in Portland.

Sean O’Hollaren is vice president for Government and Public Affairs at Nike. He has served in a number of positions in government, including the White House Deputy Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs, the principal liaison between the White House and the US Senate, and Special Assistant to the President in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs. He served as Assistant Secretary of Transportation, heading up the Office of Governmental Affairs at the U.S. DOT. He served during the creation of the Transportation Security Administration and its transition to the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. O’Hollaren served former Oregon Senator Mark Hatfield in a number of capacities, before joining the Senate Appropriations Committee as a member of the Professional Staff.  


An Oregon native, Mr. O’Hollaren grew up in Portland and Bend. He holds a degree in Political Science and Psychology from Willamette University, and completed the Certificate program in Business Management at Georgetown University. Mr. O’Hollaren serves on the Board of Trustees at Willamette University; the Board of Directors of Jobs for American Graduates, and the Board of the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry.

He and his wife Hilary live in Portland, Oregon with their three children. Mr. O'Hollaren is an automobile enthusiast and also enjoys cycling, running, skiing and sailing.
