The Office of the State CIO, in partnership with Procurement Serviceshas developed Basecamp as a single IT information portal, built upon an enterprise architecture, leveraging statewide agreements and partner insights to provide greater access to valuable IT solutions across the state.

The State CIO understands the difficulty organizations experience when acquiring technology based investments with limited time and resources. We recognize our responsibility to listen to our partners and we’re privileged to meet their unique needs through innovation and stewardship. Basecamp is being built upon a comprehensive and cohesive technology architecture that ensures interoperability, while minimizing cost and disruption to current systems (i.e., a technology reference model).
