The Residential and Manufactured Structures Board has announced the beginning of the code adoption process for the 2026 Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC).
Anticipated adoption date: Oct. 1, 2026
Base model codes and standards:
- 2024 International Residential Code (IRC)
- Existing Oregon amendments in the 2023 ORSC
- Public code amendment proposals
