The Oregon ePermitting presence resides on multiple servers with Accela. From time to time, a particular server may be experiencing issues and you will see those demonstrated in the form of extreme slowness, unusual errors, pieces of standard information are suddenly missing, things are not displayed correctly, etc.
To check what server you are on (this is randomly determined at login) - open a
New tab in the same browser session where you are running Accela production - paste in this URL and click Enter - this will return the system information related to your particular logged in production Accela session:

The server you are currently on is listed and this information can be very helpful for the ePermitting Help Desk.
